The Agency’s Mauricio Umansky appeared on OMG! Insider this week to give a tour of the $36 Million contemporary estate at 1201 Laurel Way in Beverly Hills, developed by Richard Papalan and designed by Michael Palumbo, along with architect Marc Whipple.
“The combination of two things — the amazing lot with amazing views and the incredible architectural home — really makes it an ultra unique home,” Umansky tells OMG! Insider.
Commenting on 1201 Laurel Way’s spectacular moat, which completely surrounds the property in dramatic fashion, Umansky says he’s never seen anything like it in his entire life.
“This place kind of looks like a Hills’ version of Tony Stark’s Malibu “Iron Man” house,” says reporter Michael Yo.
