Born and raised in Los Angeles, Jon has lived everywhere from Malibu to Beverly Hills, which gives him an immeasurable knowledge of the local real estate market. Jon started his career in the entertainment industry, working with some of Hollywood’s top actors and actresses. This gave him valuable experience with contracts and the many nuances that go into negotiating. He then transitioned to real estate, which he has practiced in LA for almost 10 years now.
Jon specializes in Bel Air to the Hollywood Sign – and all the hills in between. He has sold a house on almost every single street in the exclusive Bird Streets, and last year he sold more homes in that area than any other agent (10).
Jon believes in paying the greatest attention to his buyer’s needs, as well as paying close attention to every detail of selling a home. His mission is to provide the highest possible service for every client, including strategic marketing and advertising that is in some way original and first-class, in order to set the property apart from the others.
