The Agency is excited to welcome Ann Eysenring to its growing team of top-flight agents. Ann boasts more than 20 years experience in the business, with an international roster of clients and a wide range of expertise. She will work out of the company’s Beverly Hills Office.
Ann’s clients include internationally known tastemakers, designers, photographers, celebrities, art dealers and luxury hotel brands throughout California, as well as the South of France, Bahamas, Germany, Mexico, the Caribbean, Italy, London, the Hamptons and Aspen. One of the things Ann loves most about her work is being able to engage her intuition in the matchmaking process – pairing the right buyer with the right seller, and helping beautiful homes find their new owners.

While Ann has been a real estate advisor for years now, she was initially attracted to a career in the film business. Ann worked her way up the career ladder at ABC, NBC and Amblin/Dreamworks, during which time part of her job description included finding housing for out-of-state cast. This made Ann realize she loved matching people with homes, and she saw the benefits of obtaining a real estate license, allowing her to cut out the middle-man and take care of the job from start to finish. She began her real estate career with The Jon Douglas Company, and then moved on to Sotheby’s, Christies Great Estates, as well as serving as a founder of Worldwide Real Estate with Merv Griffin. She then made the move to The Agency.

Born and raised in California, Ann currently lives in Malibu. In addition to real estate, Ann is passionate about green building, organics, biodynamic farming, her work with numerous charities, flying, fast cars, vintage motorcycles, horses, beagles, bull terriers, photography and surfing.
