Luxury hotel brands are known for providing the most exceptional personal service, with staff anticipating and responding to their guests’ every need 24 hours a day. Now, a new breed of luxury high-rise residential towers are offering their residents this same level of superior service along with stylish, spacious homes that could go head to head, and square foot for square foot, with a luxury house in the Hollywood Hills.
Taking note of this growing trend is LA Confidential magazine, which, in its October issue, profiles The Agency clients The Carlyle Residences and The Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. LIVE (Service Me! Live the Luxury-Hotel Lifestyle Every Day at These Full-Service, High-Style Digs).
“Want courtside Lakers seats? No problem at The Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. LIVE. Need the Tesla serviced? Call the concierge at The Carlyle Residences and the car will be out and back to valet parking without your having to lift a finger,” reports LA Confidential.
“Every wish a resident can dream up, we can service,” says Samantha Sax, director of sales and marketing for Elad Group, the developer of The Carlyle Residences.
John Pallante, VP at The Agency, adds, “The staff and concierge are trained to be an extension of a resident’s own staff.”
At The Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. LIVE, residents are treated to the luxury brand’s “Gold Standard” legacy of service in addition to being treated as partners, explains Mauricio Umansky, CEO and co-founder of The Agency.
“To that end, those coveted Lakers or Kings tickets are available, as is VIP access to the firm’s other entertainment venues,” says LA Confidential.
“But the amenity that has caught fire,” LA Confidential notes, “is the 28th floor’s flashy Champions Lounge, which serves a free breakfast to homeowners every day. The private, owners-only lounge has some very cool aspects, too, in addition to floor-to-ceiling views: an all-glass billiard table custom built for the space and a private wine tasting room and storage vault.”
