The Agency is very proud to announce that top-producing realtor Santiago Arana has joined its team of Los Angeles agents.
“In no time flat, Santiago has (deservedly) established himself as one of LA’s premier agents,” says Billy Rose, President and Co-founder of The Agency. “We believe he will have a long and illustrious career, and we are extremely excited and proud to have him lead our charge into the Westside.” Mauricio Umansky, The Agency’s CEO and Co-founder, notes, “Santiago is a stand-up guy, he has amazing taste in properties and business, and the work he’s done on the Westside is simply incredible. I’m thrilled to have him join our Agency family.”
Santiago – who is joining as Principal – will work temporarily out of The Agency’s flagship office in Beverly Hills, before moving to the company’s planned Westside offices.
“The opportunity to open offices in Brentwood, the Palisades and Santa Monica got me very excited,” says Santiago on his move to The Agency. “I love the energy of the people who work here,” he continues. “Finally there’s a company that gets it. Everything from branding, marketing, technology, the reach The Agency has to high-end and high-profile clientele, the culture Billy and Mauricio are creating, openness to everyone’s opinions on how the business can grow – it’s very exciting.”
Santiago Arana has gained a reputation as one of the top real estate agents in Los Angeles and has also been recognized on the national level by NRT and the Wall Street Journal. His sales have established new price records in Beverly Hills, Brentwood and Pacific Palisades, and he specializes in the ultra high-end residential market of these neighborhoods, as well as that of Holmby Hills, Santa Monica and The Sunset Strip.
Santiago also brings with him extensive experience in new construction, having worked regularly with a number of the best developers in town. He is well regarded for his exceptional work ethic, his ability to close deals and his passion for exceeding his clients’ expectations.
Santiago was born in Sucre, Bolivia, and with his Spanish/Croatian roots, benefits from that experience and his wealth of international contacts. As a longtime resident of Pacific Palisades with his wife, Kyle, and their two sons, Dylan and Cole, Santiago has an intimate knowledge of the Westside community. He enjoys martial arts (he’s a black belt in both kickboxing and Taekwondo), good red wine, opera and barbecuing with his family.
