The Agency is proud to announce Michael Grady as the newest addition to its team of top-flight agents. Michael brings a wealth of experience to The Agency both on the residential side and the commercial side. He has personally been involved in over 250 purchase, sale and lease transactions.
“Michael’s background and training, both as a commercial real estate agent and as a coach, enables him to bring an effective multi-disciplinary approach to the representation of our clients,” says Billy Rose, President and Co-founder of The Agency. “He’s a great team player, who further deepens our roster of talented agents.”
A Los Angeles native, Michael is an alumnus of both Loyola High School and Loyola Marymount University (LMU). While attending LMU and shortly thereafter, Michael was an assistant football coach under his father Steve Grady, head football coach at Loyola High School for more than 30 years.
“I joined the Agency because of the entrepreneurial and innovative mindset they have,” says Michael, “The Agency truly cultivates a client-focused approach through marketing and analysis that I have never seen before in the eight years I have been in real estate.”
Michael also notes that The Agency is looking to expand its services in the niche market of beach cities, an area that he specializes in and is excited to explore further with his new team. Michael has lived in Manhattan Beach his entire life – he was born there and is proud to still reside there with his wife and two dogs.
When he’s not working, Michael loves to participate in sponsored run events, sports leagues and art shows. He is also passionate about traveling, architecture, football and the Los Angeles Kings. In addition to being a licensed real estate broker, Michael is an active member in local and national real estate industry organizations, and an active member to such philanthropic causes as the Muscular Dystrophy Association and Best Friends Animal Society.
