Chris started his career in the jet set city of Marbella, Spain, where he sold second homes to Europe’s elite. In addition to being General Sales Manager of the most successful firm in the country, with annual transactions in excess of 2000 units, he also represented some of the most successful developers on the continent.

Originally from Liverpool, England, Chris moved to Los Angeles in 2005 to lead the Sales and Marketing for the Grand Avenue Project in Downtown LA. When the project was put on hold, he began selling single-family homes in Beverly Hills. He now has extensive experience both in commercial and residential real estate. In 2012, Chris sold over $40M in real estate, including one of the highest sales prices ever recorded in the Hollywood Hills. He has built his business on impeccable service, discretion and market expertise.

Chris is married to Canadian Actress Polly Shannon, and they recently welcomed into the world little Pasha Midnight. Now that he has family in Canada as well as England, Chris tries to travel at least a couple times a year to both Canada and Europe to make sure he sees all his family and friends.
When not practicing real estate, Chris loves to play golf. He also snowboards and loves to stay active any way the outdoor lifestyle of Southern Californian life will allow. That said, he has a funny feeling his new favorite pastime is going to be being a dad.
