The Agency is pleased to announce that Nancie Richards has joined its team of top-producing agents. Nancie has been a successful real estate agent in Southern California for more than 12 years, and she will work out of The Agency’s new Beverly Hills office.

With her extensive background in renovation and sales, Nancie has remained at the top of her field even as the market has changed. Further, this combo of sales and renovation experience gives her an extra edge and discriminating eye where construction details and quality building are concerned.
Being the mom of three sons has contributed to the nurturing that Nancie feels is so necessary to a successful transaction. She takes immense pleasure in finding the right “fit” for her buyers and is dedicated to providing the best possible service to her sellers. This interpersonal collaboration is her true passion, and it is one of the things that most attracted her to The Agency.
