On the latest episode, Kofi took his expertise on the road, traveling to Las Vegas for his 12-bedroom, 16-bath listing at 26 Vintage Court.

The show reveals Kofi’s strategy, which involved targeting local, national, and international audiences. One month after the property was listed, its online page had hit 14,000 unique page views.
Kofi also hosted a special event at the home, with the goal of showcasing the lifestyle that comes with living in such a one-of-a-kind home.
“Selling luxury real estate isn’t just about selling a home,” told The Agency Daily. “It’s about selling the lifestyle that goes with living in a world-class property.”
As one potential buyer remarked, 26 Vintage Court is not the type of home typically associated with Las Vegas. The kitchen is 1,000 square feet, and the property includes a 1,200-square foot master suite. It is also located in Spanish Trail, which was Las Vegas’ first gated community.
