In the September 2 issue of FORBES, real estate writer Morgan Brennan takes a look inside North Beverly Park, the exclusive Beverly Hills enclave where the average home boasts 20,000-square-feet of living space, more than 2 acres of land and an average $24 Million listing price.
“It’s the most prestigious enclave for high-end residential real estate in Los Angeles,” The Agency’s Mauricio Umansky tells FORBES. Mauricio has been called the “King of Beverly Park,” a title he earned for selling more homes in the prestigious community than any other realtor in recent years.
As FORBES notes, the neighborhood is “paparazzi-proof,” accessible only through two guarded checkpoints, and it is home to the wealthiest A-listers and billionaire execs like Viacom chairman Sumner Redstone.
