The Agency’s Brigham Yen is reporting over on his DTLARising.com blog that SoHo House, the private membership club “for those in film, media, and creative industries,” is rumored to be setting its sights on a couple locations in Downtown LA‘s Arts District.
According to Yen, one potential site is near Bestia, with the other contender being 405 Mateo, at the junction of the 4th Street Bridge and the Molino Street Lofts.
Commenting on the latter location, Yen opined, “405 Mateo could be a perfect match for Soho House as the building is ideally located (near One Santa Fe) and looks almost identical to the Soho House brand logo.”
