In a special OMG Insider segment, Mauricio Umansky, CEO and co-founder of The Agency, along with homeowner Bo Zenga, take viewers on a tour of the iconic Hollywood Hills estate at 1822 Camino Palmero Street.
Spanning more than 5,300 square feet of living space, the 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom estate once served as both the real life and TV family home for Ozzie and Harriet Nelson, stars of the legendary ’60s comedy The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet. More recently, the home was the residence of Ari Gold, the fictional character played by actor Jeremy Piven on the hit HBO series Entourage.
Of special note is the elegant, wood-paneled bar room overlooking the backyard. The outdoor landscaping provides additional opportunities to relax as well entertain with a cobblestone drive that allows parking for 10 cars. A brick walkway leading from the main residence to the pool deck brings you to the pool house/gym area, which used to be the recording studio of musician Ricky Nelson.
“This was Ricky Nelson’s room,” points out Bo Zenga. “The special surprise is that Ricky wrote his name inside the closet here.”
