A recent episode of HGTV’s Selling LA has The Agency’s Kofi Natei Nartey helping his friend, NFL Vet and ESPN analyst Marcellus Wiley, find a new home fast. How fast? Real fast (as in “less than a month” fast).
Wiley is looking to lease a place in the Hollywood Hills to be close to work, and he is interested in a home that has a modern feel but also helps him in the transition to having a family. Wiley is choosing to rent for lifestyle reasons and to be flexible because of his career. His budget is in the $8,000 to $12,000 per month range and he’d prefer a two-year lease.
