The twin towers will also comprise of 70 luxury apartments, two sky duplexes, and a 1,200 square meter penthouse. Each apartment will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, private terraces, and be equipped with touchscreen controls for access to housekeeping, dry cleaning and valet services.
The venture was the dream of architect Alexander Giraldi, a master of “belle epoque” (beautiful era) design, which is inspired by the atmosphere of early 20th century Paris. The Alberto Pinto Agency, whose previous clients include Saudi Arabian royalty and American industry tycoons, will be responsible for the apartment interiors with the entire project expected to be completed by July 2014.
