Delivering on my “Yoga and Yogurt” promise, I recently had the pleasure of presenting an oversized check for one year of free yoga at Yoga Vista Studio and yogurt at Pinkberry to the buyers of my Playa Vista listing at 6405 Dawn Creek.
Playa Vista is one of the newest communities on the West Side of Los Angeles, and it is a neighborhood that has all the charm of a small town woven into the heart of Los Angeles; where you can truly work, live and play. Retail shops, cafes and restaurants, along with public parks and open spaces, are weaved into the urban planning itself and made easily accessible from any front door via a path, sidewalk, or nature trail. I chose Yoga Vista and Pinkberry for this promotion as they both are popular destinations in Playa Vista and very much speak to the lifestyle in the community.
Pinkberry and Yoga Vista were extremely excited to participate, and the promotion created a great deal of buzz in the community and even garnered national attention. Pinkberry served complimentary yogurt at one of my open houses, and the story was also enough to attract the attention of HGTV’s Selling LA. An upcoming episode will in fact showcase the effectiveness of this grassroots marketing campaign. Stay tuned for details on when it will air, and for my next fun and creative marketing promotion.
