Times “Hot Property” section via Google+ Video about the most notable homes and sales of the week covered in her real estate column, including the recent listing of Madonna’s Sunset Boulevard home at $22.5 million, the 9.5-acre estate in Malibu owned by billionaire Howard and Nancy Marks that sold in the $75-million range in an off-market deal, and the Toluca Lake home of “Ghost Whisperer” star Jennifer Love Hewitt that just sold for $2.15 million.
