Claudine Grant of Fox-5 Las Vegas took viewers on a tour of 26 Vintage Court, a 12-bedroom, 16-bath home with more than 24,00 sq.ft of living space located in the gated Spanish Trail neighborhood of Las Vegas. The Agency’s Kofi Natei Nartey, who has the listing, spoke with Claudine about the grand estate, which will be featured on an upcoming episode of Selling L.A.
Commenting on why an LA-centric show is showcasing a Las Vegas home, Kofi notes: “The majority of homes that are sold in Las Vegas are sold to people outside of Nevada. And the majority of that group come from California. So it only makes sense to market to a California buyer base.”
