As The Agency’s Mauricio Umansky noted earlier, in response to soaring sales at The Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. LIVE, the forthcoming Farmer’s Field stadium and modernization and expansion of the Los Angeles Convention Center is instrumental in driving the upward trajectory of Downtown L.A. values.
“Many of those making significant purchases at The Residences include an extended time horizon in their investment calculations based upon an acceleration of property value increases accompanying new development,” noted Umanksy.
